Color Cue {5}

This month’s color combination from Wplus9 was definitely a tough one for me! That’s probably because I was trying to double the purpose! πŸ™‚ I am in need of not only 1…but 3 Father’s Day cards this year – and masculine cards are so tough for me. I always want to add an extra flower…or butterfly…but oh well! Here is my creation for Dawn’s 5th Color Cue:
This card was inspired by the awesome sentiment that can be found on Wplus9 Woodgrain Silhouettes set. At the time of this post the set is sold out – so ya’ll will have to wait till Dawn gets some more in stock! But she’s on it so don’t stress! πŸ™‚
Make sure you check out the rest of the Wplus9 Design Team’s Creations: Elise, Maile, Savitri, Hannah, & Heather they always know how to rock Dawn’s color cues!!

Supplies:
CS: PTI
Ribbon: SU Chocolate Chip
Ink: SU
Misc: Pearls from Micheal’s

I think ANY dad worthy of being on YOUR list, is going to LOVE this! EXCELLENT use, and terrific inspiration, to use the COLOR CUE palette! Rock and ROLL, sista! This is FABULOUS!

    What a fabulous card, I really enjoy seeing that sentiment used as I have a hard time finding placement for it in my cards. You've highlighted it beautifully and I love how your flowers grow towards it. Oh yeah, I signed up to follow-your work is beautiful!

Your comments always make my day!
