In case you didn’t know…October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. In honor of this inspiring cause, this month’s Color Cue {9} will be light pink, black, and white or gray. Breast cancer is such a prevalent disease and it’s quite scary how many people I’ve met who know someone whom has had it – or even worse had it themselves.
There is a local charity here in Jacksonville, FL that does amazing work in the community to help victims of Breast Cancer: The Donna Foundation. Make sure to check it out!
I was super stoked when Dawn told us about this month’s cause and colors – because I created a Thank You gift card set for a Breast Cancer Fundraiser at work just recently, and all proceeds go to The Donna Foundation. I wanted to do something simple and girly so I used the fabulous Ever After set from Wplus9. A little bit of Stampin Up’s Pretty in Pink Ink, a girly but thankful sentiment from PTI and some little pink pearls topped it off.
I wrapped the set of 5 cards with some pink ribbon I found at Michael’s and really love how elegant they turned out.
I challenge you to not only play along with this week’s Color Cue…but get out there and show your support for the “Ta-Ta’s”!! đŸ™‚

Okay so I just emailed Dawn about getting this stamp set. SO CUTE! Seriously this card pushed me over the edge, no joke.
What an awesome set! So simple, but super elegant. Like Courtney, I think I need this set now…
Wow, girl – WOW! I'm in agreement with ALL of these comments! Sorry I couldn't get by sooner, but, honey, baby, sweetheart: it was WORTH the wait!!! Excellent celebration of color and {ta-ta's} EVERYTHING else! You are ON FIRE, baby!
