So not only do you get another sneak peek at April’s fabulous stamps {{and coordinating die!!}} YOU get inspired by color…
Ok…so I’m sure you will notice..these colors are TOUGH…holy moly…first of all…I SERIOUSLY need a craft supply update…I’m totally out of so much stuff. But that’s another story! I actually was pretty pleased once I stopped trying so hard.
This card features the beautiful Filigreed Frames stamp set from wPlus9 once again…and the gorgeous matching die! I started off with some gray card stock with a typical card base. I then found some perfectly matching patterned paper {Stampin’ Up!} for a background.
I then die cut the focal piece from the same gray card stock & stamped it with some white craft ink with the scroll pattern & *Thank You* sentiment. To add the statement coral color I added some accent ribbon & a punched butterfly with black pearls.
Hope you guys like this one better than my boyfriend…he said this card was perfect Thank You card for attending a funeral… But that’s OK I love it! 🙂
And make sure to check out what the rest of the wPlus9 DT has up their sleeves for the release & this Play Date Cafe Challenge:::
And….of course be sure to check out all the DEETS over at the Play Date Cafe for this challenge…Yes YOU could win even more wPlus9 Stamps! The Challenge #75 has a deadline of Tuesday, April 5, 2011, at 11:59 pm EST – can’t wait to see what you all come up with!!

What a terrific card! I think you did a great job on it even though you found the colors tough…that's makes it a good challenge ; )So great to have you play along as part of the team this week and we welcome you back anytime!
the card is lovely. Love the colors on the flowers.
This is beautiful!! I just love that paper you used, and the ribbon treatment is gorgeous!! And hey…you at least got the colors correct!! (You will laugh after you see my post….)
Wait, he said WHAT? {He is starting to sound like a HUSBAND! hee hee – Don't tell him I said that, though… Actually, I might have to forward you and e-mail…} But I digress {!} I, personally, me, myself and I… think this is LOVELY! The fact that you have gray as SUCH a prominent color makes this HUGELY interesting and stunning! What a SUPER release this has been! Yipeeeeeeeee!
love the pop of pink, how subtle the blue is, and how you made all this happen on gray as your foundation. This card is gorgeous…your bofriend maybe just said that because of the gray and not the whole design.
