I’ve been meaning to get around to using the fabulous You’re Dandy set by Practicing Creativity…and this challenge was perfect for it!

How is that for FUN! I had a blast with my card…here is the finished result!
I started with some Simply Chartreuse card stock (PTI) and embellished the bottom with the little blades of grass. Took some white card stock and stamped the *rays* in all the fun colors of the rainbow. I had some super cute labels from Martha Stewart that were PERFECT for a little cloud! I sponged the outside of the label with some Aqua Mist ink (PTI) and the simple Congrats sentiment in the center.
Finally, added two little rhinestones and corner rounded the top left corner to make it a little funky. I really love how this color combo turned out…almost a little bit RETRO!! š
