One More Day of WPlus9

Today is the last day I get to share with you the latest release from WPlus9. I saved the best for last…my favorite set from this release is definitely Fresh Baked!

How adorable are those stamps? And I LOVE the little utensils stamps that makes such a cute border. This card was super simple and the color combo was inspired by a “citrus” theme. It turned out so vintage and reminds me of a Brady Bunch kitchen 🙂

Happy Monday! Hope your day is starting off not as crazy as mine…but that seems to be the story of my life lately! I did have some time this weekend to get my “craft on” – and played along with The Play Date Cafe’s Challenge #153.

Aren’t those colors just divine! I knew I wanted to use them to make one of my good friend’s daughter’s birthday card. She’s about as “girly” as they get so this color combo was perfect!

This card has lot’s of layers going on with vintage lace & punched borders. I used the Happy Birthday sentiment from RetroGirly Birthday from WPlus9. Hope you get a chance to play along as well! Have a great week!

WPlus9 October Release: Group Post Day

So yes, this is always my favorite day of the release! Not only do you now get to purchase all the latest goodies from WPlus9 – it’s also Group Post Day! I always save my favorite card for last so here it is:

I just love the way this little Winter Wonderland turned out! I started with some vintage sheet music and stayed within a neutral color palette. I knew I wanted to feature the adorable silhouette of the carolers from Iconic Christmas to go along with the “music” theme.

I think my favorite sentiment stamp from this set is the gorgeous Noel sentiment stamp. And the filigree stamp just makes it so glamorous! I embellished with lots of textures and different things to finish off the card while still making sure the carolers steal the show.
